It is our intention that the fee represents payment for an outcome that you are fully satisfied with, and not just the time taken to provide that outcome. The exact amount will be conveyed to you during our initial phone consultation, after which you can confirm if you would like to engage our services.


The amount we quote you is inclusive of all of our costs including phone calls, postage, faxing and photocopying. We will invoice you for payment in the week following our first meeting, and request payment in full within 14 days of you receiving the invoice. Payment may be made by cheque, cash or transferred direct to our account.
