Anthea and Andrew Boden have many years’ experience as aged care consultants. Anthea is a registered nurse with over 30 years’ experience in caring for older people. Andrew has 30 years experience in the financial sector.
This synergy enables us to assess the most appropriate options for you, by completing an assessment of your health and care needs, while also explaining the costs of accessing appropriate aged care and accommodation. We also assist you with completion of documentation and any financial assessments required.

We are able to facilitate placement in Residential Care Facilities, both permanent and respite. This includes impartial advice on age care facilities, with a focus on the quality of care they provide, and completing the application process.
In Home Care
If you require In Home Care or wish to access community programs, so you may remain independent within your own home, we are able to link you to these services. We can also assist you to find an appropriate Home Care Package provider once you have received notification of your package allocation.
Retirement Accommodation options
Our services also include outlining options for Retirement Accommodation, including Retirement Villages and Independent Living Units, and guidance as to which option is most appropriate for you. We can help you by shortlisting facilities that closely meet your budget and preferences, with consideration given to services that may benefit you in future years, including provision of meals and availability of personal care. We also explain the fees and charges you will be required to pay, which are complex and vary between facilities.
Pathways Information Service
You could be looking to plan ahead for your future retirement years or you may have a family member in need of assistance now, however you don’t know where to start. If so, you may wish to try our Pathways Service, where we meet with you and provide you with an overview of appropriate care or living options, including their cost. We can also provide you with a report summarizing these options.
We connect you directly to the services you need, while at the same time eliminating much of the time consuming tasks, such as phone calls and paperwork. If you are time poor and have many issues to deal with in your busy life, our service is designed to remove the additional stress incurred when seeking aged care services.
