Age Care Directions are aged care consultants providing guidance in aged care planning and management in all metropolitan areas of Adelaide, including the Adelaide Hills.

We are able to facilitate placement in Residential High and Low Care Facilities, both permanent and respite.  This includes impartial advice on quality aged care facilities and completing the application process.

Our services also include the provision of options for Retirement Living, including Retirement Villages and Independent Living Units, and guidance as to which option is most appropriate for you.

If you require care services so you may remain independent within your own home, or wish to take part in community groups, we are able to link you to these services.

Age Care Directions is a family business which commenced operating in January 2005.  We experience a great sense of achievement by assisting people with successful placement and guidance.

We connect people directly to the services they need, while at the same time eliminating much of the time consuming tasks, such as phone calls and paperwork. Where people are time poor and have many issues to deal with in their busy lives, our service is designed to remove the additional stress incurred when seeking aged care services.
