Our Fees
The fee for our services depends upon the service you require.
Our fee is advised upfront and is for a set amount. We believe it is important for you to have certainty as to the amount you will be charged. It is our intention that the fee represents payment for an outcome that you are fully satisfied with.
We will advise you of our fee during our initial phone consultation, prior to you confirming you wish to engage our services.
Our fee includes all of our costs including phone calls, faxing and photocopying.
We will invoice you for payment in the week following our meeting with you, and request payment in full within 14 days of you receiving the invoice. Payment may be made by cheque, cash or transfer direct to our account.
